We keep it strictly to what is necessary to do our job well.
- When you browse our website: We look at basic analytics (like what pages you visited) just to see what content is helpful to people.
- When you request a consultation: We ask for your name, email, phone number, company name, and a bit about your project so we can actually show up to our call prepared.
- When we work together: For project delivery, we will interact with your business workflows, ERP data, and compliance details (like GST/e-Invoicing data). This data is strictly governed by our Master Services Agreement (MSA) and is kept entirely confidential.
2. The AI & Your Data (How We Protect Your Secrets)
Because we build AI by default, we take data isolation seriously.
- No Public Training: We never use your proprietary business data or ERP data to train public, open AI models.
- Privacy-First Options: For highly sensitive workflows, we actively build using local, self-hosted LLMs (via Ollama). This means your data never leaves your secure server environment.
- API Security: When third-party models (like OpenAI) are necessary, we use secure corporate API endpoints where data retention is strictly controlled and explicitly not used for model training.
3. Who Do We Share It With?
Nobody, unless it’s required to run your software or required by law.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact info or business data to third-party advertisers.
- We only share data with trusted infrastructure partners (like your chosen cloud hosting provider—AWS, DigitalOcean, Frappe Cloud, etc.) purely to keep your software running.
4. Security & Compliance
We are based in Anand, Gujarat, but we serve clients globally. Because we build tools for intense regulatory environments (handling Indian GST, e-Invoices, and TDS), we implement enterprise-grade security standards as a default—including SSL encryption, secure API protocols, and strict database access controls.
5. Your Rights
It’s your data. If you want us to delete your contact information from our marketing tools, change your preferences, or get a copy of what we have on file, just drop us an email at business@uvtechglobal.com. We won't make you jump through hoops.
